Of course we offer free estimates on new installations. Additionally, we offer an initial 15 minute diagnosis on troubleshooting calls. In many cases our technicians can locate the fault and present to our customers the remedy and total cost to make the repair. Common examples of troubleshoots would be a tripping breaker, a power outage, tripping GFCI in home. Ect... We don't surprise our customers with charges they weren't aware of.
In many cases, no additional time will be needed to inform our customers of the fault and full cost of repair, but in some cases additional troubleshooting must be added. When this occurs, customers are made aware of any charges to avoid surprising our customers with unwanted fees. We believe in full-transparency.
Commercial service calls are charged at an hourly rate plus the cost of material used for new installations or repairs.
